In 2021 and 2022, we assembled a team of analysts from Hofstede Insights with the ambitious goal of assessing the state of diversity, equity, and inclusion among the leading companies in Nigeria.
Our team analysed the levels of DEI as seen in the boards and management teams of over 140 Nigerian corporations.

In our study, we focused on four DEI parameters:
- Gender Diversity,
- Age Diversity,
- Ethnic Diversity,
- Education Backgrounds.
We analysed 148 leading organisations in Nigeria under these parameters on two levels:
- Management Teams,
- Boards of Directors.
