About us

We support companies and institutions to optimise their international cooperations, cross-border activities and their nationally diverse teams through an impact-based cultural analysis. We provide management with the right levers to bridge to strategy. We give tailor-made recommendations for action.

We use the original, and regularly updated, Know-How produced by Professor Geert Hofstede, one of the most cited researchers in Social Sciences. Our unique analytical tooling, our international organisational experience and our global network of colleagues allow us to analyse the issues which each company may have with their organisational culture and their cross-border organisational set-up, their international processes and their intercultural team leadership.

Intercultural services

Our National Culture Services

Our interventions include consulting, analytical tooling, leadership workshops, in-house trainings and modules for MBA and Executive Programme courses as well as keynote speeches. Services are tailored to the specific business needs of each company or organisation.

Our organisational consulting services

Our interventions include consulting, analytical tooling and leadership workshops. The Multi-Focus model, which we use, allows us to recognise the actual and desired organisational culture in each company – and to project the ideal organisational culture to support any chosen strategy. A gap analysis results in recommendations for further action.
